The Drug and Alcohol Consultation Liaison Service at the Royal Adelaide Hospital (RAH) provides expert guidance and advice to internal clinical staff caring for inpatients who have been identified with drug and alcohol issues. This service is available Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm.
The service provides advice on treatment options for patients who are unwell due to their use of alcohol or drugs, while they are under care at the RAH, and assists in the identification of appropriate service for patients for follow-up or additional treatment following discharge.
For external providers seeking information on services available, please contact the Alcohol & Drug Information Service (ADIS) on 1300 131 340 between 8.30am and 10pm 7 days per week.
