All public parking areas at the Royal Adelaide Hospital have boom gates and ticket machines installed. Before you leave the car park, you will need to pay for your ticket.
All public areas will be patrolled. If you park in a non-public area or short-term drop off area for a long period of time, you may be fined.
These fines are enforceable by law.

No parking zones
You can’t park in drop-off zones anywhere within the hospital grounds. These are for pick-up and set-down only, and you need to remain with your vehicle at all times.
Parking is also not permitted in any reserved bays, such as designated parking spaces for ambulances, police and other emergency services, as well as spaces for on-call medical staff, taxis and couriers.
Cars left in these areas may receive a fine.
